MAG Box IPTV Setup: Add the Portal URL (MAG 322, 424, 524)
MAG boxes from Infomir don't use player apps or usernames. The box identifies itself by its MAC address, and a portal on our side serves the channel list to that address. So the first step happens with us: we register your MAC, then you type one web address into the box.

Setup steps for MAG box
Step 1: Read the MAC address
It's on the sticker under the box and under Settings → System information on screen. MAG MAC addresses start with 00:1A:79.
Send the full MAC to support with your order email. We attach it to your plan and reply with your personal portal URL, usually within minutes.
Step 2: Open the portal settings
Press the Settings (SET) button on the remote, then go to System settings → Servers → Portals. On newer firmware the path is Settings → Servers → Portals.
Step 3: Enter the portal
Set Portal 1 name to IPTV Trends and Portal 1 URL to the address we sent, including http:// and the trailing /c/ if it has one. Press OK to save.
Step 4: Reboot and load
Go back and choose Reboot portal, or unplug the box for ten seconds. The portal loads with live TV, the guide and on-demand sections.
Fixes for common MAG box problems
The MAC we registered doesn't match the box. Compare the sticker with System information, check that 0 (zero) and O haven't been swapped, and send support a photo of the sticker.
Check the URL character by character, including the http:// and the final slash. If the box shows the wrong date and time, set the NTP server in System settings → Network, since a wrong clock can stop the portal from authenticating.
Power the device and router off for 30 seconds, then measure your speed on the device itself: plan on 10 Mbps per HD stream and 25 Mbps per 4K stream. A wired connection beats Wi-Fi, and if your player has a hardware decoder option, turn it on.
