Which app to use on smart TVs
These apps are in the Samsung and LG app stores in most regions. Some TV apps charge their developer a small one-time activation fee after a free period.

Older smart TVs (roughly pre-2017) often have slow processors and outdated app stores. A Fire TV Stick 4K usually gives them a faster, smoother experience.
Tips from our support team
- Connect the TV with an Ethernet cable if the router is nearby.

- Turn off motion smoothing for sports if the picture looks artificial; turn on the TV's game or low-latency mode only if you prefer it.
- Keep the TV's firmware updated so its video decoder and app store stay current.

Questions about smart TVs
Most Samsung TVs from 2018 onward can. Install an IPTV player from the Samsung app store (IBO Player, Smart IPTV, or IPTV Smarters where it's listed) and add your login. The smart TV guide covers each step.
On LG webOS, IPTV Smarters (where available), IBO Player and Smart IPTV are popular choices. Pick the one listed in your region's LG Content Store; the login details are the same in each.
Usually not. Roku doesn't carry most IPTV players. The easy fix is a Fire TV Stick or an Android TV device plugged into one of the Roku TV's HDMI ports.
Some smart TV players are paid apps, and their developer charges a one-time fee once the app's trial ends. That money goes to the app maker, not to us, and our service doesn't require it.
